The PAA 2010 Annual Meeting will be held April 15-17, at the Hyatt Regency Dallas Hotel, 300 Reunion Boulevard, Dallas, Texas, .  (Note:  The Welcome Mixer is Wednesday, April 14, 8:30 p.m.)

The Hyatt Regency Dallas is sold out.  The cutoff date for reservations at the conference rate was March 22.  For information on the designated PAA overflow hotel, please contact A Room With A View (ARWAV), 800-780-4343.  ARWAV will secure the lowest rates at hotels within walking distance to the Hyatt Regency Dallas Hotel. International attendees can contact them at ARWAV@charter.net.  This is a FREE SERVICE for all PAA attendees.

Every effort is made to secure an adequate block of rooms for the PAA Annual Meeting.  It is possible, however, that the room block may sell out BEFORE the reservation cutoff date.  After reserving a room, if your plans change and you are unable to attend, please cancel your room reservation as early as possible so that space will be available for another meeting participant. Be sure to obtain a confirmation number when making or cancelling a reservation. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
